Emporium Star General Trading LLC, an authorized retailer of Sage, Lelit, Cafflano, and Bugatti Bottles, is committed to providing quality products and service. With our experience center located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, we ensure transparency in our warranty offerings. Below are the warranty terms for products sold by Emporium Star:
Lelit Espresso Machines: 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All Lelit espresso machines are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship. During the warranty period, the manufacturer or its authorized service partner will repair or replace defective products at their discretion.
How Long Does Coverage Last
The warranty begins on the date of the original purchase and remains valid for 2 years.
Who is Covered
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser (end consumer) with valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- The warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the product is resold.
- The warranty is intended for private household use only. Commercial, corporate, rental, or B2B use is not covered.
What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Damage caused by limescale build-up, unsuitable water quality, or lack of regular maintenance.
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized service providers.
- Products with removed, damaged, or altered serial numbers.
- Damage occurring during transportation after delivery to the customer.
- Consumable or removable parts subject to normal wear.
How to Claim Service
- Do not return the product to the retail shop.

Warranty claims must be submitted directly through Lelit Support.

When submitting a claim, please have the following information available:
- Product model
- Serial number
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Description of the issue
The Lelit support team will review your claim and provide instructions regarding inspection, repair, or replacement if applicable.
- If your product is found to be defective upon first use, please report the issue through the Lelit Support Portal within 3 days of receiving the product. A replacement may be arranged following verification of the fault.
Limitations
- The manufacturer and retailer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
- Any repair or replacement performed under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
- Warranty service is subject to the terms and conditions determined by Lelit and its authorized service network.

General Terms
- This policy is in addition to rights under UAE consumer protection laws.
- Warranty claims must be initiated in the UAE.
- Unauthorized alterations to this policy void coverage.
